Duties

The Restaurant Manager upholds the brand by providing leadership and coaching

They report directly to their Area Manager; their duties include:

  • Budgets and P & L’s
  • Rosters
  • COGS
  • Staff Management
  • Building Sales and increasing profits
  • Deliver and promote outstanding customer service
  • Maintaining compliance with training programmes and procedures

 

Profile
