Duties
The Restaurant Manager upholds the brand by providing leadership and coaching
They report directly to their Area Manager; their duties include:
- Budgets and P & L’s
- Rosters
- COGS
- Staff Management
- Building Sales and increasing profits
- Deliver and promote outstanding customer service
- Maintaining compliance with training programmes and procedures
Profile
